BALTIC 75 TABASCO V
Tabasco was designed and built as a true world cruiser, and as such she was the first custom cruising project for Baltic Yachts.
The client was an extremely experienced racing and cruising sailor and although Tabasco was intended mainly for safe and comfortable cruising, sailing performance was still a high priority. So weight saving through the use of advanced materials and construction techniques were high on the agenda.
To reduce draft for shallow waters sailing, Tabasco was equipped with a bronze centreboard providing additional weight and stability in the down position.
She owes her naval architecture to Scott Kaufman and her interior and deck styling were by the late Pieter Beeldsnijder.
