Designed for a family with ambitious cruising plans, the Baltic 78 Custom will combine safety, ease of handling and long-range capability. The owners intend to explore areas like the Mediterranean and the Caribbean, seeking generous internal volume and true long-range comfort without compromising the high-performance sailing experience enabled by Baltic Yachts’ lightweight (composite) expertise. Naval architecture is by renowned j/v design & co, with interiors by Design Unlimited, whose previous collaborations with Baltic Yachts include yachts like the Baltic 175 Pink Gin and Baltic 108 WinWin.

A semi-fixed bimini, removeable but not folding, will provide essential protection from the elements, while also facilitating mainsail handling when stowing, supporting comfortable sailing in a wide range of conditions. A lifting keel will allow the owners to combine confident offshore performance with the freedom to explore shallow bays and anchorages.
