A programme of regular service and refit is essential to keep yachts operating faultlessly and to their full potential. Our growing Service and Refit department is offering smaller services up to extensive refits on any size or make of yacht at our facilities in Palma de Mallorca and at our yards in Finland.

As the global pandemic has curtailed many sailing plans it has also provided an unexpected opportunity for maintenance of yachts, not least for Baltic 175 Pink and Baltic 112 Liara who has both returned to our dockside facilities in Jakobstad from cruising and racing in the Caribbean.

Pink Gin returned for some interim refit work ahead of her five-year survey in two years’ time having sailed almost 69,000 nautical miles including six Atlantic crossings since her launch in 2017. Liara has sailed 10,000-miles since her launch in 2019 and as the plans to head across the Pacific this winter got cancelled, the opportunity to return to the yard for maintenance was taken. Liara returned in good condition and the main tasks involve PLC software updates.
