Approximately 130 people work within Baltic Yachts. Many of them have been with the yard from the very beginning and possess valuable boat building experience and skills. Some are youngsters, training to be first class boat builders. In addition there are a number of subcontractors that work mainly for the yard.

The organization is based on project management. For each boat being manufactured a responsible project group is allocated. This ensures clients receive individual and personalised service, both during the project and after.
